We've spent our working lives in software: as founders, as investors, and as the people who answered for it when it had to work. Every chapter taught us the same lesson: a product's fate isn't decided by its code, but by whether its software can keep up with the people who know where their market is going.
So when AI changed who gets to build software, we didn't lead with a promise. We built for ourselves first, at our own risk, until the system had earned the right to carry someone else's ambition. Twenty+One is where that road lands; everything we've learned, in service of one idea: software that follows your ambition instead of gating it.
