One visual language for a team that combines machine scale with human accountability. This page is the reference for how Twenty+One looks, reads and moves.

01 / LOGO
The plus is a person. It represents the accountable Build Lead and may morph into the human figure in motion.
Twenty+One is always written with the plus. Use TwentyPlusOne only where a plus is technically impossible.
Download symbol · SVG02 / COLOR
Dark mode uses Void as its canvas, Surface only for raised areas, Ink light for primary copy and Body light for longer explanations. Amber remains the only signal.
Amber belongs to the One: the Build Lead, the plus and the primary decision. It is a signal, never confetti.
03 / TYPOGRAPHY
You own the roadmap.
Headlines, decisive statements and the wordmark.
Software should move when you move-fluid, direct, never the reason you cannot act.
Body copy, navigation, buttons and explanations.

04 / HIERARCHY
You own the roadmap.
We ship it.
Independent of the hiring lottery.
Your dev team, delivered as a product.
A dedicated AI dev team, led by one accountable human Build Lead.
Every estimate shows its reasoning, and you approve it before the sprint starts. Accepted work is billed. Rejected work is reworked at our cost.
What happens after the Proof Sprint?
Ranges are illustrative; every estimate shows its reasoning.
TWENTY+ONE / PROOF
Use the role, not a local size: lede for short page introductions, body at 17-20 px for explanations and FAQ answers, question for FAQ prompts, small for notes, and the mono eyebrow only as a consistent destination label above a page title. Keep prose near 45-65 characters per line. Long explanatory copy never uses the lede role.
Accessibility is part of the identity: layouts reflow at 400% zoom, text remains selectable, keyboard focus is always visible, controls keep a clear accessible name, and reduced-motion preferences replace movement with a complete static state.
05 / CONTROLS
Hairlines define structure. Amber marks the accountable moment.
06 / VOICE
Start with what they can finally decide, ship or own.
Use real numbers, accepted work and production outcomes.
The agents carry scale. The Build Lead carries final judgment.
Explain fully, then finish with the sentence people remember.
“You own the roadmap. We ship it.”
07 / MOTION
Meaning before spectacle. The plus becomes the person. Stories travel through the system. Proof accumulates. Every move should clarify a relationship.
On small screens, copy owns the upper field and the system visual owns the lower field. Motion never crosses the reading zone. Reduced motion keeps every meaning and removes every dependency on animation.
08 / APPLICATIONS
Documents stay spacious and factual. The brand enters through hierarchy, one amber signal and a consistent signature; never through decoration.
A clean correspondence template with generous writing space, a two-column opening and a quiet functional footer.

Thanks for the conversation. We see a strong first Proof Sprint in the portal flow: bounded, valuable and measurable within two sprints.
